Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified by UPS/DHL with tracking information and kept up to date with the progress of your delivery. Isla In Bloom cannot be held responsible for misdelivery, theft or damage of a parcel once it has been sent. In the case of misdelivery, please get in touch with UPS directly and ask for proof of delivery. If they cannot locate your parcel you can raise a case with them for compensation for loss of parcel. Please note, the shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
